This Refund Policy explains when DocuPath does and does not provide refunds. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital PDF guide

Our PDF guide is a digital product delivered instantly. Once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded or emailed, the purchase is final and non-refundable, because the product cannot be returned once accessed.

2. Consultation sessions

Consultation sessions are non-refundable once booked. You may reschedule free of charge if you give at least 24 hours notice before the session. Cancellations or reschedule requests with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, forfeit the session.

3. Bundles (PDF + sessions)

For bundles, the PDF part follows the digital-product rule in section 1 and the session part follows the consultation rule in section 2. Each part is treated separately.

4. VIP extra sessions

Additional VIP sessions (the 4th onward) purchased at €25.99 with the VIP extra-session code are non-refundable, exactly like any other consultation, and follow the reschedule rules in section 2.

5. Genuine exceptions

We will redeliver or refund in clear cases of: a duplicate charge, non-delivery caused by a technical fault on our side, or a corrupted/unopenable file. Report the issue within 48 hours of purchase and we will make it right.

6. How to request

Contact us through the Support page on docupath1.com or email docupath1@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days.

7. EU right of withdrawal

For customers in the EU: by purchasing digital content with immediate access, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.
